I am sorry that you have found our returns policy confusing. We are still quite a small family run business and we are unable to offer free returns on unwanted items. We, therefore, ask for photographic evidence to confirm that an item is faulty. One could return an item without these photos, however, the returns team would then have to find the fault or a collection charge would be levied.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service. We thank you for taking the time to give us this input.
