The communication regarding the delivery was good. The only negative was the packaging was slightly damaged in transit but luckily the product was ok.

Ordered item never arrives, Awful customer service,
I made an order last year which never arrived and after 2 months of no proactive contact (only me chasing) they advised it was a supply problem and I asked for a refund, I did think they should not...
