I got a quick and helpful response about sizing and shrinkage. If ordering from Australia returns are simply not practical from a cost perspective, so it is important to get it correct first time.
My order was processed quickly, there was a line of contact throughout the process and USPS was a shipping option. Very impressed if my order holds up well I will most definitely be a repeat customer!
