Dear Elsie, Thank you for your review. I have reviewed your booking and can see your travel pack sent to you on October 27 was inclusive of hotel and golf vouchers. The vouchers are located at the bottom of you confirmation. I do apologise the vouchers location was not clearly explained. I will also pass on to the supplier this concern as both room and golf components were confirmed by the supplier well before travel, therefore the confusion should not have happened.
