Can't give a 'score' as I have never had to call upon your services in the two years I have taken out a policy with you (thank goodness!) but the cover seemed to be just what I needed should there be...
I missed my flight due to a bomb scare at the Dartford Tunnell , because I was not on public transport when this happened you refused to pay out, your company is a joke

We are very disappointed to hear that the traveller is unhappy with the cover offered under the Longstay policy.
Whilst there is cover for missed departure under this policy it is limited to covering instances where your car is undrivable due to an accident or mechanical failure or where public transport is delayed. We are afraid there is no cover in place for missing your departure due to the situation described. Although it is of no consolation to the individual this cover is consistent with many other insurance providers.
