This procedure is normally administered within a 24 hour cycle. Your confirmation was sent at 13:37 on 9th August, a time scale of less than 24 hours, for a reservation taking place within a 34 day period.Your comments are very valuable and we’re very sorry that you found the above procedure not to your entire satisfaction.

Firm booked a bungalow instead of top floor of hotel. Managed to change but only to 2nd. floor
