Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm sorry you felt that there was a lot of misinformation as we were unaware you felt this way until now and would like to understand more about what has happened.
From looking through our files on your move, your items were stored in Ireland as we used an Irish agent to collect your goods, there was never a mention of UK storage just that your goods would have to be stored as the turnaround time was quicker than expected and as you hadn't yet got your new property we were unable to deliver, thus, your goods had to go into storage.
You also were not charged for a later pick update, If you feel you were charged for something and you are not sure what it is for please contact your move manager and they should be able to get this cleared up for you. The only additional charges you had were for warehouse handling and then the cost of storage. Delivery was scheduled for as close to the date you requested as possible but due to unforeseen circumstances, it did happen only a few days later.
