Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback Our 240 Litre Wheelie Bins are manufactured to EN840 which is the recognised European Standard for mobile waste containers and endure rigorous testing. Whilst conforming to the required standards, this does not make the bins damage proof. The very nature of the material means that the plastic can crack or split under severe pressure. I can see from our records that your bin is now 2 years old and so unfortunately I am unable to replace under manufacturer warranty. We do encourage our customers to get in touch immediately if they experience any problems so that we may rectify them ASAP. Many thanks.

All of our 1100 Litre Wheelie Bins are manufactured to EN840 which is the recognised European Standard for mobile waste containers. Our 4 wheeled bins (such as these) are also certified in accordance with the highest quality standard worldwide; RAL‑GZ 951/1.
