Had worse but had better experiences
Started off really well but getting product out in time and delivery wasn’t great and also finance terms weren’t as agreed

Hi, the order was dispatched on time but due to having difficulty accessing your office DPD had to deliver next day. In regards to your contract you selected quarterly payments and once signed and delivered we are unable to change from our side. Any other issues please contact your account manager Sunny and he will be able to help
