Very good service

Very good service overall - delivery was prompt, soil is good quality. Only issue is that some of the pallets had nails / splinters which caught on the bags. Not a big problem, but it did mean there...

Late and overpriced delivery

After waiting a full day for delivery, they rescheduled delivery to the following day, still charging over £37 for postcode delivery. Customer service was not helpful.

Unfortunately, when you cancelled your order, after 3 weeks storage, at your local Palletline Depot. This meant that there was a charge from Palletline for storage and the return of your order.
