All of our new business and renewal calls are scripted and audited. This means all applicable prices, fees and taxes are broken down in detail and explained to all of our customers.

We have investigated your individual experience and listened to the call you had with the Road Risk team. We can confirm that this call did cover all of the fees and cancellation terms and conditions as we would expect.

As a gesture of goodwill, our advisor agreed to remove the charge for legal expenses and MID fee. Kind Regards, Chris

Service not as good as in the past.

Have always been very good. Unfortunately this year we had to chase for a renewal price, the final quote came through very close to the renewal date which did not give time to shop around for another...
