Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you feel our shoes have caused pain to your feet. Once the shoes have been broken in, they will mold to the shape of your foot. The breaking in period differs from customer to customer. A member of our customer services team will be in contact to discuss this further with you.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I have checked the status of your return, it was received into our holding warehouse on 18/04/2024 - here it has to go through customs and weight checks. Unfortunately, if there are an influx of returns, there may be a slight delay. But once your return has cleared customs, we will initiate the refund. Thank you for your honest feedback. High-quality leather shoes adjust to the shape of your feet. Over time leather will change its shape to create a shoe moulded around your foot.However, to get there, there’s that period where they just don’t feel right - the breaking in period. Unfortunately, this breaking in period differs from customer to customer, so there is no time limit on this. New leather is generally a little tougher than worn-in leather. In shoes, you’ll notice this around the ankles, at the bend above your toes, the leather soles… These spots might cause a little pain. However, little by little, the shoe becomes more flexible. The process of breaking in shoes and boots is also about taking a pair of shoes that have been made for the public - and making them unique to your feet. The leather will start to flex in the places that you need it to. We shall definitely take your recommendation of different widths and pass this to the relevant team.
