Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. Rest assured that you are booked and all set with the deposit for your upcoming tour! Some companies that simply book air and hotels based on availability are able to confirm details immediately. As we book comprehensive tour packages, the process of verification takes a little longer! We issue tickets following a travelers’ final payment. If you have any additional questions (800-555-5765) about the booking process or your upcoming tour please feel free to reach out to us and we can help put your mind at ease by going over the process with you step by step.

Hi Louis, thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. When you made your original request for the extension we immediately reached out to our partners at the eco-lodge to confirm availability but given the weekend/holiday timeframe, our partners were unable to get back to us before the following business day. We are thrilled, however, to know that we were able to confirm the space and that you accepted and will be enjoying our exciting Amazon extension!
