Thank you for your time to send us your comment. 
As we can see in our system, the estimated delivery date is 31th May. You placed your order on 22th May choosing the Standard Delivery method which means delivery within 4-7 business days. You will receive the package on the 8th day because of a national strike in Greek ports which we were not able to know. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

The product Ac-Norm Medilike Effect 2 Cream that you bought is a specialized cream for the treatment of moderate acne as an alternative option. 
We would like to know your skin problem with more details in order to suggest you another product if you want. Of course,  we can firstly send you some free samples to try it. 
Please send us an email to info@frezyderm.co.uk by giving more details about your skin. Do you have an acne-prone skin? Are you using any other product which may not be non-comedogenic? Even if your make up is not a non-comedogenic product, it could cause you problem.
