Sometimes the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, Always polite and helpful but their admin fees are far too expensive, I wouldn’t recommend,shop around first .

We appreciate that fees may seem high. Due to Covid we are not going to increase fees this year. We are also in the process of adding to the service we provide to give you better value, as well as continuing to improve our existing service... we can always do better.
