We're extremely sorry that your 6 month access expired before you could fully complete the course but having looked at your account I can see that you have indeed accessed the course, albeit very late into your subscription, back in February and again in May.
We're more than willing to accommodate people's different circumstances and have done this on numerous occasions as you are aware yourself, when we extended our introductory offer to you to accommodate you getting access to the course for the reduced price despite you going beyond the introductory price offer period. Indeed, we've a couple of people already on the course, who for various reasons have struggled to find the time and we've willingly extended their subscription, including one person who's not yet started, simply by them getting in touch to let us know their circumstances. Had you let us know your circumstances we'd have taken this into consideration.
Also apologies for not responding to your email last week, unfortunately we misunderstood the content as it was a statement rather than an actual enquiry that required a response.
We feel that the price for adding additional months to the course subscription are very reasonable, especially when you consider the very low cost of the introductory price you actually paid.
