OK, but could be much better. Poor boxes
Generally the service is great with a good mix of channels. Severely let down by a dated interface, slow boxes and lack of alternative hardware providers.

Stunning Value for Money, I feel the software is quite 'clunky'. A rubbish bin woudl be useful for when you accidentally delete things you want. The feature to amend the jump forwards or backwards...

Good alternative to Sky
Freesat is a worthy replacement to Sky Dross and huge expense. However, Freeview package has more HD channels and a vastly superior ITV player to Freesat, catch up and I'd award 5*

More choice and free to watch
Yes I like freesat. If it had more channels then it would be better I live in an area where freeview offers very few channels so having freeview gives lots more choice other tv providers offer...

Yes I would purchase and recommend Freesat to anyone. I record programmes when not at home and I am able to watch them perfectly, no problems.
