When you purchase a Freedom plan you have the option of doing so directly or via a health insurance broker, it appears on this occasion you purchased through a broker who then submitted the application to us.
Upon receipt of your application, we can see that this was processed in line with the details completed on the form, we therefore believe that your negative feedback is unfair, and not a reflection of the service provided by Freedom as we were simply acting upon the details provided on the application form.
