Buying a gift for a 21st birthday
Was quick and easy to order. Packaging wasn't great and had asked for it to be gift wrapped and it wasn't which is a shame because the item I'd bought was rather expensive and for my sister's 21st!

We apologise for the error however it seems after we investigated that the watch was labelled incorrectly in our warehouse. We agree this should have been checked before despatch and we are sorry for this error. As communicated to you via email we offered to cover the cost of return and this was actioned along with a full refund.
