Very poor service

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the team in Gosport on Feefo. We're very sorry to hear that you felt as though the service received merited a 2* review and that the communication after a buyer had been found waned a little. We take matters of customer service very seriously and I have forwarded your review on to the branch for the team there to assess. 

With regards to the refund, I have spoken to the Conveyancing Dept. who have informed me that a cheque was sent out on the 8th June 2017 so that should be with you by now. If this still hasn't been arrived then please forward an email to socialmedia@sequencehome.co.uk and we will happily look into this for you. Best Regards.
