Magazine arrived promptly at the correct address. One thing though - a plain but robust paper envelope would be preferable to a clear, single use plastic cover. Can this be changed please?

Make the text a bit larger, I can't even read it wearing glasses! Also make it easier to cancel subscription as I have requested to do so and heard nothing back.
