its difficult to get acknowledgement of changes in the vehicle and a reluctance to not…
its difficult to get acknowledgement of changes in the vehicle and a reluctance to not include items we dont want (such as cover for trips oveseas ) otherwise i am happy with the service

They do what they say they are going to do. What they say is going to happen (documents in the post, etc) actually happens. No knobs and whilstles - they are just basically reliable, and that's all...
