Always there at the end of the phone if you needed help. I got really sick half way through my course, focus were rrally understanding and let me put my course on hold

Thanks for taking to time to leave us a great review. I'm sorry to hear that you were ill but it's great that you were able to pick your course back up again and that you had the support you needed.
The practical training was not organized well and I have to use external resources to prepare for the final exam

You’re right our Aqua Instructor Course at the end of last year was not up to our usual standards. We had a new member of staff and mistakes were made. That’s why we offered all students on the course a refund if they no longer wished to study with us or an free extra day of tuition and revision (leading to a 100% pass rate). I’m sorry that you didn’t have the best experience studying with us and I really hope that you’ll give us another chance in the future.
