Hi Nanette, we are sorry that you have had a bad experience with our product and thank you for your message. Our offices closed on the 20th December for the Christmas break which is why we were unable to reply to your message until January. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, our warranty does state one year from purchase date, so we were unable to replace your product or offer a refund. The wheels do wear down after general wear and tear and the seam on the case could come away if the case is overfilled. Our team did send out replacement wheels for you the day after your message to the address stated on your original order form. Would you mind please checking at the address once again to ensure that you haven't missed your parcel?
