Dear Customer We render our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused We would like to inform you that you booked the reservation online on 28/11/2020 and post receiving all the required details from your end we issued the ticket.As per our records we sent the Covid-19 policy of Etihad Airways on 02/12/2020 to the registered email address where we clearly mention that the test must be carried out 96 hours before arriving in Abu Dhabi at an approved medical facility however you were unable to present proof of your negative COVID-19 PCR test before your flight, therefore airline didn’t allow you to travelRegardsFly Sharp
