With regards to seating, passengers requiring assistance are allocated seats in line with the airline’s operational procedures, and whilst requests can sometimes be accommodated, specific seat assignments unfortunately cannot always be guaranteed. They have been instructed to open at 2.5 hours prior to the flight departure so I will investigate as to why this wasn't the case on your return journey.
