Thank you for your feedback, I have our flight report stating just a 15 minute delay on the outbound journey which was made up during the flight and you landed in Malaga 5 minutes earlier then the scheduled arrival time. The return journey was as you have outlined delayed due to mandatory crew rest hours and for this I can only apologise. We hope to welcome you on a future FlyDirect flight and holiday on another occasion.

Thank you for your review, I can only apologise for your delay in the start of your holiday, this was due to the inbound aircraft arriving into the Isle of Man late and ATC capacity issues at Palma. W are glad to hear that you were happy with the comfort of the flight along with the service provided by the crew.
