I hope you enjoyed your holiday overall in Tenerife. I'm sorry that you weren't given explanations in relation to the delays on the departure. On your outbound flight this was due to the late arrival of the inbound aircraft and on your return flight this was due to the strikes in France by Air Traffic Control. I'm sorry for these delays. Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that the flight times this year didn't work as well for you. We always try to find the best available slots that we can for our passengers considering day of the week / time of day and cost. This year we decided a Sunday flight would be more favourable for people than a Thursday flight but unfortunately on a busy weekend day the prime time slots can be very hard to secure and also very expensive which means a higher flight price. We will consider your comments when we look at options for a 2017 programme. All luggage is now back in the island 1 day later. If you are one of the passengers awaiting your luggage I'm sure Swissport will have already contacted you. I hope you enjoyed the time you did have in Tenerife.
