On the 3rd August unfortunately Jersey suffered heavy fog which caused delays, and on 10th August a technical issue required a last minute change of aircraft. As we're sure you understand, the safety of our passengers is our top priority. Great not to have to fly to the UK to go on holiday! All went smoothly from first enquiry to our return. Efficient service and great airline (Volotea).

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are extremely sorry about the delay, which was down to an essential change of aircraft after a technical issue. As we're sure you understand, safety of passengers is our primary concern. With regards the seat allocation on return, bookings are manually allocated by reference number, and every effort is made for people to be seated together, however admittedly this is not always possible when we have a large number of family groups on board. We apologise for this inconvenience. We hope that these issues did not detract from an enjoyable holiday, and that we can be of service to you again in future.
Good choice of hotels! Particularly enjoyed the adult only choice - would be useful to have more all inclusive options.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're really sorry that you were given incorrect information on the way out; the delay on the 3rd August was due to the thick fog at Jersey Airport. Unfortunately on your return today an unavoidable change of aircraft was required which held up the boarding process. As we're sure you understand, the safety of passengers and crew is our primary concern. We regularly review our service, and whilst we appreciate that online check in would be preferable for some of our clients, unfortunately it is not possible on this charter service. We sincerely hope that this did not detract from an enjoyable holiday in Majorca, and that we can be of service to you again in future.
