The change of hotel was discussed and compensated prior to your departure, and I am sorry that the local rep was not made aware of this change. We are pleased to hear that you had a successful trip otherwise. Please note that we do advise pre-booking for the Alhambra Palace visit to avoid disappointment.

The first hotel which had only been booked by you on the Tuesday, rang around all of the hotels in the group and only allowed us to check in once they had found all other group hotels to be full. The rep at the airport wanted us to ring him to confirm that we didn't want transfers back to the airport despite us having booked a hire car with you. Then when we arrived back in Jersey, we found out that 15 cases including one of ours had been offloaded due to weight problems. We did get the case back the following day.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Amaragua, and will pass your comments on to them. The majority of hotels allocate rooms shortly before arrival and unfortunately when they are fully booked it's not always possible to meet every request. Your booking was made as a twin room, and I apologise if this message did not make it through to the hotel. Should you wish to travel with FlyDirect again please contact us directly and we will be happy to recommend an alternative hotel.

Oh l think you may have the photos of our balcony already. My last holiday was on the jet direct Volete Tenerife flight Feb 2016 which was delayed in Jersey 28 hours in Jersey and my next holiday was spoiled by this awful balcony and view. :(

Yes we have the pictures. Once again we're sorry that the room did not meet your expectations and regret that the hotel or our representative were not able to help whilst you were in resort. Unfortunately standard rooms at MS Amaragua do not offer any particular view, and whilst some will be better than others it's not possible to guarantee this.
