While flight delays are often beyond our control, we’re have recently received our flight statistics for our entire summer programme and only around 10% of our flights this year were delayed by more than 60 minutes. I can only apologise with regards to the outbound delay (due to the incorrect loading of bags and wheelchairs) along with the troubles you encountered at Malaga airport in locating your driver. Super holiday
