Thank you for your comments and feedback regarding your recent trip to Tenerife, we apologise for not being able to offer the Saturday flight originally booked, as with the loss of original airline Germania the replacement Smartwings could only offer a Monday slot. I hope that once you arrived to Tenerife you still celebrated your birthday in style once you had settled in. We are working hard to get the 2020 programme in place and hope to secure weekend departure slots next year.

We are sorry that you had less time to enjoy your week in Tenerife, due to the fact we had to arrange a new charter company this was the only schedule available at that time. We wanted to still be able to continue the FlyDirect programme for our customers and we hope for 2020 we can arrange better slots for our flights to maximise your time away.

We do have a great half-board rate for this hotel with a great saving on your evening meals, but this does have to be booked for the duration of your holiday and prior to your holiday departure, we hope to see you again using the FlyDirect service.

We worked hard to get a replacement airline in and unfortunately they couldn't keep the original schedule of a weekend of early departure, we hope to rectify this when we plan next years schedule.
