Thank you for your feedback firstly we apologise if you are unhappy with the rep service and information received. We provide our clients on arrival an information pack with the representatives mobile number, whilst in resort and if required you can call that number. We do not provide a rep service that visits each hotel and I will follow up with the hotel as to why they did not recognise our company as we have been using them for a few years! We hope that you will travel with us again in the future and I will speak with all involved in the above to ensure good communication for our guests when in resort.

We do advise that sporting equipment is always carried subject to load on the day, however in practice we are yet to have golf clubs refused.
