Thank you for your feedback. Direct flights are always a bit more expensive, however travellers avoid changing airports in the UK and, many times, even staying in a hotel for the night. We are glad that our direct services served you well :)

Unfortunately the challenges faced by airports everywhere at the moment are having an affect on onboard service availability on some routes, and for this summer we took the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights, rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. Given the short duration of our flights we didn't anticipate this being a significant problem, however we are very sorry that you were disappointed.
