Excellent and very civilised experience in this currently crazy travel environment. Slight drawback was the very early return flight - not a very nice end to a lovely holiday.

Unfortunately the challenges faced by airports everywhere at the moment are having an affect on onboard service availability on some routes, and for this summer we took the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights, rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. Given the short duration of our flights we didn't anticipate this being a significant problem, however we are very sorry that you were disappointed. Should you wish to travel with us again we also offer a private airport transfer option if preferred. We are pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable holiday overall.

Thank you for your response. It might be a good idea to make it clear in the final travel email sent out exactly what onboard services there are. We would have been quite happy to pay for our drinks if the option had been available. I went on a Flydirect to Tenerife in April and was able to purchase alcoholic drinks, though I appreciate the flight was longer. The point I am trying to make regarding the airport transfer is the unpleasant behaviour of the young people. They clearly had access to onboard alcohol! Santa Ponca, like most other Mallorca resorts, is open 24/7 and it is more than likely that those same youngsters returning home would probably have stayed up drinking all night.

Service was excellent. Everything on time. Palma airport was chaotic however. TUI rep difficult to find for transfer bus.
