A fantastic experience

Fantastic experience and dealing with Fly Direct was so easy. The return flight was delayed by 3 hours which was OK but a lack of information was frustrating which is why I haven’t awarded 5stars.

Would still consider using again though

Positives Direct from IOM Comfortable plane Negatives Delayed both ways 3.30 minutes on return Only tea and a brownie on plane Lacking organisation for pick up at airport

With regards to the on board service, the challenges faced by airports everywhere this summer have led us to take the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. On a positive note, we are happy to hear that you had a great time in Majorca!

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry that you had issue in receiving communications from us. We send a pre-departure email to all clients around a week before their trip that includes all of the information mentioned above. I am sorry if you didn't receive this email, and that that wasn't flagged after your first call which it should have been. Unfortunately at the moment we are experiencing staff shortages and have had to temporarily reduce our opening hours accordingly. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday and that you choose FlyDirect again in the future.
