delivered on time but not the best flowers ..could have been the hot weather. Will not be using them again ..

Flowers arrived in great condition, my mum was really happy with them. Only thing I would note is that I was told I'd get an email when they'd been delivered and that didn't happen, but other than...
I sent my order without realising my wife would potentially at least not be in to receive the flowers in person.
I emailed Flowers Direct as soon as I realised my error and before the advertised...
