Theif company never use them again

Poor extermely poor such a rip off deduction money on PiA flight where they said no deduction as flights suspended had to pay another ticket paid them 1200 pounds refund offered 200 pounds only

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we had unprecedented levels of customer queries and limited resource. We have prioritised each query on an urgent case by case basis. However, our policy with regards to admin fees is stated on our Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, when making amendments to bookings, there is a cost associated with processing this.
