Very good service
I had given up all hope of getting any money back as it had been quite a while since I had been delayed.
It was rejected at first but Flight Delays went back and eventually I was awarded money back.
Persevered with the claim even though it seemed to drag on 9 not their fault). Kept us informed of the progress.
Final settlement was a nice surprise.
Would definitely use them again and recommend...
