I found them respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and most helpful in making decisions about whether to take cancellation insurance or medical. It was a pleasant experience!

Our Lady was ok but instead of sending tickets when she said she would she went on holidays and we had to ask others to find them ....not a big deal but with this new $50 per room service fee they...
