Thank you for your review. We are sorry the delivery service did not meet your expectations. We have investigated your delivery location and it would appear that your house has a gravel driveway. The only way to deliver 750kg pallets is by hand operated pallet truck. Pallet trucks cannot move over gravel, grass, sand, broken pavement or across kerbs. This is clearly explained in the delivery information https://www.bioglow.co.uk/delivery-information a link to this is prominent on our home page as well as in the shopping basket. For customers in this situation we recommend purchasing boxes which although more expensive, will be delivered by the courier to your door. We are also able to supply customers with pallet hoods to protect a pallet from rain while it is temporarily left outside if you need time to move the product. We would welcome your suggestions on any alternative means of moving the product over gravel. Thank you
