I'm sorry that you feel our delivery service was not as you expected.
You had selected our lower priced delivery service Royal Mail, unfortunately like all other businesses that send products out via Royal Mail there is no way for us to contact your local postal delivery person directly. The only way for you to perhaps start organising for your parcels to be left in a wooden bunker on the side of your house would be for you to speak to your Royal Mail postal delivery worker directly and make these specific arrangements with them.

We also apologise for the quality of our Asparagus, in general our fresh products are always as fresh as possible and our asparagus especially is quite large, however in hotter months on the odd occasion some products may become a bit dehydrated and lose their full freshness.
