21/09/15 As I mostly liaised with Finders Keepers (Abingdon Branch), I would like to add how accommodating and helpful I found the staff, during the whole lettings process from start to finish. All aspects were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we were very happy that a very suitable professional couple were found to rent our newly renovated house. Time was of the essence as we wished to secure suitable tenants as soon as possible after completion of the purchase of the property and Finders Keepers aided us in this respect by providing all the services we required to renovate without delay. Mr Henry Brown's helpfulness and professionalism was much appreciated and Natalie also provided an excellent service. We would certainly recommend Finders Keepers to family and friends in the future.

Your notes on Vericheck have been forwarded to the Finders Keepers' director responsible for overseeing this outsourced service and he will be taking this up with them as we would agree that this process should have been much simpler. We really pride ourselves on a friendly and helpful welcome and yours should have been just that. Oddly enough we had two properties with virtually identical addresses, both with tenancies starting this summer and this added to the confusion but on the day it should have been much better for you. Unfortunately telecommunication companies will not deal with a third party agent, for connections, which is detailed in our literature, but if this was not clear then we need to find out why.
