Feefo is a great idea and the people I've spoken to at the company have only ever been wonderfully helpful - you guys seem to have the same sort of attitude to customers as we always try to have!

For the customer point of view, feefo is not so common in Germany as it is in the UK. I worked well for the customer service.but in the end we have to choose what suits our customer most. Thank you

I initiate the uploads to Feefo and rarely encounter any problems. I find the reply to comments posted easy to use and also being able to download all comments for the month is very useful too.
