non existant, thought we were scammed, after a month of waiting only got a reply after posting a negative review. up to that point all communication was ignored.

We can see that two enquiries were submitted through our system, and automated updates were sent in both cases. As we did not receive a follow-up response, the tickets were automatically closed, as this usually indicates the information provided was helpful.
