Unflexible returns policy and when you buy online it makes life difficult and has put me off making future purchases this way.

I've looked into this and from our records as the time-frame had lapsed unfortunately we were unable to provide a refund, however we were willing to consider a return for store credit if the other conditions had been met. After the initial contact rewarding what I was looking the transaction was very straight forward. I had some technical questions and was referred to to manufacturer promptly for answers.

Fan arrived and is now installed. It looks lovely, is very quite and I love the six speeds and remote. I am anxious to try it tonight.
