Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that you experienced a longer wait than originally quoted.  Your order overlapped the factory Christmas closedown period which was reflected in the anticpated delivery timescale we quoted, but as we advise at time of order, these are only our best estimates based on informatio from the supplier.  Our merchandise team will be made aware of your comments regarding this matter so they can work to improve these estimates. 
Your comments about your most recent visit to the Newton Abbot store have been passed to the store management team, as this falls below the standards we expect.
