I'm very sorry to hear that the key we sent you didn't match the original. All our keys are guaranteed, so we would be happy to replace it or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer. If you would like a replacement, we now have a photo of your original key, so we can cut one from the picture rather than the code, to avoid any further problems. If you could let us know which you would prefer, I will get this sorted out for you straight away.
