Pay time 6pm never heard of that in my life you cannot Acess help till Monday Difficult to use the Apple cannot Acess my payslip Don’t understand deductions not something that was explained...

Hi Dumsile, We're very disappointed to receive your 1 star review. We're sorry you have been having some issues. Our customer services team has attempted to contact you today but they were unfortunately unable to get through to you. All the deductions are necessary and explained to all of our contractors before they sign up with us, however if you need any further information please contact us. In regards to your pay time of 6pm, we are always very clear that we cannot guarantee a specific payment time but we assure all of our contractors they will be paid before the end of the day, provided we have received the relevant funds.
