Thank you for you kind feedback. We have positioned our excess amounts to reflect our claims experience and to keep our premiums as low as possible. If we were to reduce the excess amounts, the chances are we would then need to increase our premiums. A bit disappointed that renewal quote was inflated with a discount code added in the email offer that made it the same as purchasing from scratch again... feels purposely misleading/dishonest..!

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for renewing. If you get a new quote at www.eversure.com/camera (as if you were a new customer) you will see that your renewal discount is 100% genuine. I have checked our records and last year you made a change to your policy that increased your sum insured. As a result you paid a pro-rata premium to increase your cover through to expiry. After the renewal discount, you have paid less this year than you paid in total for last year. However pressing the activation of the account did not work first or second time. I needed to clear the cache and revisit the link at least three times from memory. I don't think it was my fault.
